Chief Physician, Doctoral Tutor, Director of Stem Cell Transplantation Center. He has been engaged in the clinical work of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for 25 years, and performs more than 350 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation every year. He specializes in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for all kinds of hematologic diseases, including acute leukemia and aplastic anemia, etc. The transplantation efficacy of myelodysplastic syndromes and refractory relapsed leukemia is at an advanced level both at home and abroad. Currently, he is the deputy head of hematopoietic stem cell application group of hematology branch of Chinese Medical Association, member of hematology tumor professional committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, deputy head of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy group, member of hematology branch of China Association for the Promotion of International Exchange of Healthcare, member of transplantation and infection academic working committee of hematology branch of Chinese Geriatrics Society. He is also a standing member of the Hematology Committee of Tianjin Anti-aging Society, a member of the Hematology Branch of Tianjin Medical Association and Society of Integrative Medicine, and a member of the Hematology Physicians Branch of Tianjin Physicians Association.
